Afterwards, we will kindly ask the owner or manager to inspect the work again together with the manager of our company to make sure that we have finished your exterior job to your liking.

Guarantee of Interior and Exterior painting:

The guarantee of work is variable depending on the quality of paint used in your Exterior or Interior painting work. The Sherwin Williams store also offers different guarantees on the paint depending on whether you use Super paint, Duration or another brand. We will guarantee our workmanship for 1 to 5 full years (depending on what paint is used in your job) against irregular fading, chipping, peeling and cracking (Normal wear and tear is NOT include.) Sherwin Williams will back your painting with Limited Life Time Guaranty. The guarantee is valid for the time you own your home.

If you decide to use another brand of paint that is not Sherwin Williams, the warranty will be analyzed according to the manufacturer’s wishes and our labor would also depend on the manufacturer’s information.

Notes on our guarantees:

1) We will not be able to transfer the rest of your labor guarantee with the sale of your home; also all Sherwin Williams paint guarantees are non-transferable.

2) We will have everything in total transparency and integrity; we have some surfaces that may be excluded from the warranty. Items such as platforms, wooden window frames, elevated wooden panel garage doors and horizontal surfaces require additional maintenance and may not be included in our warranty. But your sales representative will cover these items with you at the time of your free quote and you will be provided with a copy of our warranty.
